Champagne Village is a 5 star community (the Cadillac), sitting adjacent to the 5 star Welk Resort which has 2 golf courses, a live theatre that puts on 6-8 shows a year (the Welk Christmas show features stars from the Lawrence Welk show throughout the year), a women’s dress/gift shop, market and restaurant all for our convenience.
